W. David Sims, II

Born and raised in Mississippi, David has recently followed his family roots back to the Charlottesville area. While still a law student at UVA, David interned with the Charlottesville Commonwealth Attorney's Office and became fascinated with the practice of criminal law. Since becoming an attorney David has pursued opportunities to hone his skills as a defense attorney. Besides representing private clients in criminal matters, he has also completed the requisite training required to become a court-appointed defense counsel for indigent clients and represents such individuals in both city and county cases.

Brian Chan

Brian Chan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. He also graduated with high honors from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Crime, Law and Justice. Mr. Chan's practice focuses on the areas of criminal defense, defense of DUI and serious traffic offenses, and family law. Mr. Chan is the head of the firm's Student Rights Practice initiative.
